Details and Liability Limitations under the Special Offer for October 2023 to Purchase GWM New ORA Good Cat PRO and ULTRA Models

1. Receive a discount of 170,000 THB along with an interest rate of 1.95%* when making a 25% down payment and paying in 48 months, with a maximum monthly discount of 10,000 THB for the PRO model and 11,000 THB for the ULTRA model. Terms and conditions apply as specified by the bank and participating financial institutions.
2. Free GWM home charger with installation (15-meter cable length limit) from the home’s main electrical panel. The recipient must ensure their meter can accommodate the home charger by themselves. The value is up to 60,000 THB. For installation details, visit http://www.gwm.co.th/Charge.html.
3. Free first-year car insurance by Viriyah Insurance Co., Ltd., Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Bangkok Insurance Co., Ltd., or Thanachart Insurance Co., Ltd. The insurance covers 100% of the vehicle’s price for one year, with a maximum value of 25,000 THB. Terms and conditions apply as specified by the company.
4. Free spare parts and labor for maintenance up to 5 times within 5 years or 75,000 kilometers, whichever comes first (excluding consumable parts). GWM Pro Service Inclusive (GPSI) is valued at 11,000 THB***. Customers must bring the vehicle for maintenance every year or 15,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) during the specified period to maintain the maintenance rights based on mileage and comply with the new car warranty conditions.
5. Free emergency roadside assistance 24 hours a day for 5 years, valued at 10,000 THB***.
6. New car warranty for 5 years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first***.
7. EV battery warranty for 8 years or 180,000 kilometers, whichever comes first***.
8. Free GWM license plate frame and floor mats, valued at 1,650 THB.

The total value of the special offer for October 2024 is up to 290,000 THB for the PRO model and for the ULTRA model.

This promotion is available only for the GWM New ORA Good Cat electric vehicles, from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, and the car must be delivered by October 31, 2024. Terms and conditions apply as set by the company.

*The discount can only be applied to new bookings of the GWM New ORA Good Cat PRO and ULTRA models between October 1, 2024, and October 31, 2024, with delivery of the vehicle by October 31, 2024. This discount is based on the net price of the vehicle and cannot be used as a down payment discount, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other benefits outside of the company’s terms.
** Due to the current floating interest rate, the company reserves the right to offer special interest rates only when bookings and contract documents are submitted as per the company’s terms. Terms and Conditions for Registering to Reserve the Special Offer for October 2024 to Purchase/Lease the GWM New ORA Good Cat

1. Conditions for Reserving and Paying the Deposit for the GWM New ORA Good Cat

• The person making the purchase/lease transaction for the GWM New ORA Good Cat from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “the Company”) must be an individual over the age of 20 on the date of booking or a legal entity, and must provide complete information as required by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). If the information is incomplete, the reservation will be considered void.
• For those who successfully register, the booking contract must be signed, and a deposit of 5,000 THB must be paid within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be considered void.
• The registration and deposit payment period for the special offer in October 2024 runs from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th only, and the vehicle must be received by the specified date.
• The benefits from the special offer in October 2024 are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• By participating in the October 2024 special offer, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation of Reservation and Request for Refund of Deposit
You may cancel your reservation and request a refund of your deposit after making the payment within 48 hours through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) only. If the specified period has passed, the company reserves the right to refund under the following conditions:

• The company increases the price of the vehicle.
• The company cannot deliver the vehicle to the reservation holder within the timeframe specified in the vehicle reservation agreement.
• The company cannot deliver the vehicle as specified in the reservation agreement.
• The company cannot deliver the vehicle with the correct optional equipment or any items that were included or purchased, including other benefits as stated in the reservation agreement.
• The reservation holder must apply for financing to purchase the vehicle from a financial institution, and if the reservation holder does not receive approval for the requested financing within the vehicle delivery time, the contract may be canceled. In such cases, the company will refund the full deposit or any property received as a deposit within 15 days from the date of contract cancellation.

However, the reservation holder may waive the right to cancel the contract by agreeing in writing with the company in other cases.

3. Cancellation of Your Reservation by Great Wall Motor (Thailand)
If you are unable to complete the vehicle reservation and payment of the deposit within the specified period (24 hours after clicking the “Order Now” button), your reservation will be automatically canceled.

• The company may need to cancel your reservation under special circumstances if “Force Majeure” occurs. In such cases, the company will inform you as soon as possible. However, the company cannot compensate for any expenses or losses incurred due to the cancellation.
• For “Force Majeure,” it refers to events that cannot be anticipated or avoided, even with the utmost vigilance, which prevent the company from supplying the vehicle. These events include, but are not limited to, war, war-related hazards, terrorism, impacts or risks from activities, government actions, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological hazards, dangerous weather, seas, ice, rivers, and other similar events beyond the company’s control.

4. Limitation of Liability

The company would like to inform you that it will not be liable for any damage, loss, or expenses or any other compensation in the following cases:

• (a) Based on the information you provided to the company, where the company could not have predicted that you might face difficulties or problems if the company cancels your reservation.
• (b) Related to claims of financial loss.

5. Modification of Conditions for the Special Offer in October 2024 for the Purchase of GWM New ORA Good Cat
Other conditions are as specified by Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The company reserves the right to change the conditions for reservation rights and deposit payments, with prior notice.
