Terms and Conditions for Registration to Reserve the Special Offer for the Purchase/Lease of the New GWM HAVAL JOLION Hybrid SUV Sport Model

1. Conditions for Booking and Depositing to Reserve the Vehicle to Receive the Special Offer for October 2024:

  • Those wishing to purchase or lease the New GWM HAVAL JOLION Hybrid SUV from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “the Company”) must be an individual aged 20 years or older at the time of booking, or a legal entity. The customer must fill out the required information accurately as specified by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). If the information provided is incomplete, the booking will be considered invalid, and the customer will forfeit their rights.
  • For successful registrations, the customer must sign a purchase agreement and pay a deposit of 5,000 Baht within 24 hours of clicking the “Place Order” button. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified time will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  • The registration and deposit period for the special offer for October 2024 runs from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, and can be done through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th only. The vehicle must be collected within the time frame set by the company.
  • The rights from this special offer cannot be transferred to others and cannot be converted into cash.
  • By participating in this special offer, you agree to accept all terms and conditions as outlined.

2. Cancellation of Reservation and Refund of Deposit
You may cancel your reservation and request a refund of your deposit within 48 hours after making the payment through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) only. If the cancellation is made after the specified time, the Company will refund the deposit only in the following cases:

  • The Company increases the vehicle price.
  • The Company cannot deliver the vehicle to the customer within the time frame specified in the vehicle booking agreement.
  • The Company cannot deliver the vehicle as per the agreed specifications in the booking agreement.
  • The Company cannot deliver the vehicle with the included and/or purchased accessories, as well as other benefits specified in the booking agreement.
  • The customer must apply for vehicle financing from a financial institution, and if the financing application is not approved within the specified vehicle delivery period.

3. Cancellation of Reservation by Great Wall Motor (Thailand)

  • If you are unable to complete the vehicle reservation and deposit payment within the specified time (24 hours after clicking the “Order Now” button), your reservation will be automatically canceled.
    The Company may also need to cancel your reservation in special cases due to “force majeure.” If such an event occurs, the Company will notify you as soon as possible. However, the Company cannot compensate for any expenses or losses you may incur due to the cancellation.
  • For “force majeure,” it refers to any event that cannot be predicted or avoided even with the utmost caution, which prevents the Company from delivering the vehicle to you. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, war threats, terrorism, and impacts or dangers arising from such activities, actions of any government or national authority, industrial disputes, blockages, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological disasters, weather dangers, sea, ice, rivers, and other events beyond the Company’s control.

4. Limitation of Liability
The Company would like to inform you that the Company will not be responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses or compensation in the following cases:

  • (1) Based on the information provided by you, which the Company could not predict that you might face difficulties or problems if the Company cancels your reservation, or
  • (2) Related to any claims of financial losses.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer for October 2024 to Purchase the New GWM HAVAL JOLION Hybrid SUV Model Sport
Other conditions are as specified by Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of reservation and deposit payment and will notify you in advance.

2. Cancellation of Reservation and Refund of Deposit:
Customers may cancel their reservation and request a refund of the deposit within 48 hours after payment, through the GWM Application or the website www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) only. After this period, the company will only refund the deposit under the following conditions:

  • The company increases the vehicle price.
  • The company cannot deliver the vehicle to the customer within the time frame specified in the reservation agreement.
  • The company cannot deliver the vehicle according to the details specified in the reservation agreement.
  • The company cannot deliver the vehicle with the accessories or benefits promised in the reservation agreement.
  • The customer must apply for financing through a financial institution and is not approved within the vehicle delivery time.

3. Cancellation of Reservation by Great Wall Motor (Thailand):

  • If the customer fails to reserve and pay the deposit within the specified time (24 hours after clicking “Order Now”), the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • The company may also cancel the reservation in special cases due to “force majeure” events. If such an event occurs, the company will notify the customer as soon as possible. The company will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the cancellation.
  • Force majeure events refer to situations that are unforeseeable or unavoidable even with the utmost precautions, which prevent the company from delivering the vehicle. These events include, but are not limited to, wars, terrorism, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, severe weather, and other situations beyond the company’s control.

4. Liability Limitations:
The company is not liable for damages, losses, or costs in the following cases:

  • Based on information provided by the customer that the company could not foresee would lead to difficulties or problems if the company canceled the reservation.
  • Related to claims of financial loss.
