Terms and Conditions for the “TRADE-IN Old Car for New Car” Campaign

This special offer is available for customers who own any brand of vehicle and wish to trade it in for a new car. Customers can apply to participate and receive exclusive benefits under the “TRADE-IN Old Car for New Car” campaign from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024. The details are as follows:

  1. Customers can apply to participate in the campaign by requesting the application form from iAM sales staff at any GWM service center across Thailand.
  2. Fill in the required details on the form as specified by the company and provide proof of ownership for the vehicle currently owned, as well as any additional documents to verify ownership (for further information on required documents, please inquire with iAM or at any GWM service center across Thailand).
  3. Customers who successfully apply for the campaign will receive benefits for booking a New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV Ultra 2023 model worth 60,000 Baht, along with a special interest rate of 2.15% when making a 25% down payment and financing over 48 months* with a maximum value of 11,000 Baht. Conditions apply as per the bank and financial institutions involved.

Terms and Conditions for Registration and Reservation to Access Special Offer for October 2024 for the Purchase/Lease of New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV

1. Conditions for Registration and Reservation Deposit for the Purchase of New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV

  • The person making the reservation to purchase/lease a GWM HAVAL H6 vehicle from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “the Company”) must be an individual aged 20 years or older at the time of reservation, or a legal entity. The individual must fill out the required information completely as specified by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). If the information provided by the registrant is incomplete, it will be considered as forfeiting the right to reserve.
  • For those who have successfully registered, a purchase agreement must be signed and a deposit of 5,000 THB must be paid within 24 hours from the moment the “Order Now” button is clicked. If the deposit is not made within the specified time frame, it will be considered a forfeiture of the right to reserve.
  • The registration period and deposit payment to avail the special offer for October 2024 starts from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, and can only be done via the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th.
  • Those who reserve and pay the deposit for the special offer in October 2024 must take delivery of the vehicle within the specified time.
  • The benefits from the special offer for October 2024 cannot be transferred to others and cannot be converted to cash.
  • By participating in the special offer for October 2024, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation of Reservation and Refund of Deposit

You can cancel your reservation and request a refund of your deposit after payment within 48 hours via the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. If the period exceeds the specified time frame, the company will refund the deposit under the following conditions only:

  • The company increases the price of the vehicle.
  • The company cannot deliver the vehicle to the customer within the time specified in the reservation agreement.
  • The company cannot deliver the vehicle as per the details specified in the reservation agreement.
  • The company cannot deliver the vehicle with the specified accessories or benefits included or purchased, as stated in the reservation agreement.
  • The customer must apply for financing to purchase the vehicle from a financial institution, and the customer is not approved for financing within the required delivery time.

3. Cancellation of Reservation by Great Wall Motor (Thailand)

If you are unable to complete the vehicle reservation and deposit payment within the specified time frame (24 hours after clicking the “Order Now” button), your reservation will be automatically canceled.

  • The company may also need to cancel your reservation in special circumstances if an “force majeure” event occurs. If such an event happens, the company will notify you as soon as possible. However, the company will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to such cancellation.
  • “Force majeure” refers to any event that cannot be anticipated or avoided even with the utmost caution, which prevents the company from providing the vehicle. These events include, but are not limited to, war, war-related disasters, terrorism, and the effects or dangers caused by such activities, actions by any government or national authority, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological disasters, dangerous weather conditions, sea, ice, and river hazards, and other similar events beyond the company’s control.

4. Limitations of Liability

The company would like to inform you that it will not accept responsibility for any damages, losses, expenses, or any other compensations arising from:

  • (a) Issues based on the information you provided to the company, which the company could not anticipate or foresee that you might face difficulties or problems if the company cancels your reservation rights.
  • (b) Claims related to alleged financial losses.
