This promotion is available for the New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV, including the Ultra Model (2023) and the PRO Model, when you reserve the vehicle from September 15, 2024, to September 30, 2024, with delivery by September 30, 2024. Terms and conditions apply as set by the company.

The discount mentioned is only valid for the reservation of a new New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV between September 15, 2024, and September 30, 2024, with delivery by September 30, 2024. The discount applies to the vehicle’s net price and cannot be used as a down payment, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other benefits outside the conditions set by the company.

Due to the current floating interest rate situation, the company reserves the right to offer the special interest rate only when the reservation and contract documents are submitted according to the company’s terms. After this period, the special interest rate will follow the rates set by the company and participating financial institutions.

This special offer is available from September 15, 2024, to September 30, 2024, with the following details:

1. Customers interested in participating in the campaign can request the registration form from the sales staff (iAM) at any GWM service center across Thailand.
2. Complete the form with the required details and provide proof of ownership of the current vehicle, along with any other documents to confirm the customer’s vehicle ownership (for document details, please consult iAM or a GWM service center).
3. Customers who successfully register will receive the following benefits for purchasing the New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV Ultra Model (2023):
   60,000 THB value towards the vehicle purchase.Special interest rate of 2.15% with a 25% down payment and 48-month installment plan*, up to a maximum of 11,000 THB. Terms as per the bank and participating financial institutions.
4. Customers must reserve and take delivery of the New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV Ultra Model (2023) between September 15, 2024, and September 30, 2024.
5. The company offers these benefits only to customers who successfully register for the campaign. The company is not involved in the purchase of used vehicles. The agreement for the sale of the used vehicle is solely between the customer and the buyer.

1. Terms and Conditions for Reservation and Deposit for Purchasing the New GWM HAVAL H6 Hybrid SUV

• The person making the purchase/lease reservation for the GWM HAVAL H6 vehicle from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “the Company”) must be an individual aged 20 years or older at the time of reservation, or a legal entity. They must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information as specified by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). If the reservation form is incomplete, it will be considered as the customer forfeiting their rights.
• For those who successfully register, a purchase agreement must be signed and a deposit of 5,000 THB must be paid within 24 hours from the moment the order is confirmed. If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the reservation will be considered canceled.
• The registration and deposit period to receive the special offer for September 2024 is from September 15, 2024, to September 30, 2024, through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th.
• Customers who reserve and pay the deposit to purchase the vehicle under the September 2024 special offer must take delivery of the vehicle within the specified time.
• The benefits from the September 2024 special offer are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• By participating in this special offer for September 2024, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation of Reservation and Refund of Deposit
You can cancel your reservation and request a refund of your deposit within 48 hours of payment via the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) only. If the cancellation request is made after the specified period, the Company will only refund the deposit under the following circumstances:

• The Company increases the price of the vehicle.
• The Company is unable to deliver the vehicle within the timeframe specified in the reservation agreement.
• The Company is unable to deliver the vehicle as per the details outlined in the reservation agreement.
• The Company is unable to deliver the vehicle with the accessories included or purchased, and/or other benefits as specified in the reservation agreement.
• The customer applies for financing to purchase the vehicle from a financial institution and does not receive approval within the specified vehicle delivery period.

3. Cancellation of Your Reservation by Great Wall Motor (Thailand)
If you are unable to complete the vehicle reservation and make the deposit payment within the specified time (24 hours after clicking the “Order Now” button), your reservation will be automatically canceled.

• The Company may also need to cancel your reservation under special circumstances in the event of “Force Majeure.” If such an event occurs, the Company will notify you as soon as possible. However, the Company will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.
• Force Majeure refers to any event that is unforeseeable or unavoidable despite the utmost precautions being taken, which prevents the Company from providing the vehicle. These events include, but are not limited to, war, war-related events, terrorism, consequences or dangers arising from such activities, actions by any government or national authority, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, hazardous weather conditions, sea, ice, river conditions, and other events beyond the control of the Company.
