2. Interest Rate Offer
   Enjoy 2.15% interest with 25% down payment and 48-month installment plans.
3. Maximum interest amount for Ultra Model: 15,000 THB
4. Maximum interest amount for Pro Model: 13,000 THB

5. Free Car Insurance (Level 1)

Terms and Conditions for Registration and Booking of the Special Offer for October 2024 to Purchase/Lease the ALL NEW GWM TANK 300 2023 Model

1.Booking and Deposit Conditions for the ALL NEW GWM TANK 300

• The individual making the purchase/lease transaction for the ALL NEW GWM TANK 300 from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “the Company”) must be an individual aged 20 years or older on the booking date, or a legal entity, and must fill in the information completely as specified by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). In case of incomplete information, the booking will be considered invalid, and the individual will forfeit the right.
• After successful registration, the customer must sign the purchase agreement and pay a deposit of 10,000 THB within 24 hours from clicking the “Order Now” button. If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the booking will be considered void.
• The registration period and deposit payment to receive the special offer for October 2024 is from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th only.
• The customer who has booked and made the deposit must take delivery of the vehicle within the specified time.
• The rights to the special offer for October 2024 are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• By participating in this special offer for October 2024, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions stated above.

2. Cancellation of Booking and Refund of Deposit
You can cancel your booking and request a refund of your deposit after making the payment within 48 hours through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) only. If the specified period has passed, the company will refund the deposit only under the following conditions:

• The company increases the price of the vehicle.
• The company is unable to deliver the vehicle to the customer within the time frame specified in the booking agreement.
• The company is unable to deliver the vehicle as per the specifications outlined in the booking agreement.
• The company is unable to deliver the vehicle with the accessories that were included and/or purchased, including other benefits as stated in the booking agreement.
• The customer needs to apply for financing through a financial institution and is unable to get approval for the loan within the required vehicle delivery period.

If the agreement is canceled as mentioned above, the company will refund the deposit or any assets held as a deposit within 15 days from the cancellation date. However, the customer may choose not to exercise the right to cancel the agreement by providing written consent with the company in other cases.

3. Cancellation of Your Booking by Great Wall Motor (Thailand)
If you are unable to complete your vehicle booking and deposit payment within the specified time (24 hours after clicking the “Order Now” button), your booking will be automatically canceled.

• The company may need to cancel your booking in exceptional cases if “force majeure” occurs. If such an event happens, the company will notify you as soon as possible. However, the company will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred from this cancellation.
• For force majeure, it refers to any event that is unforeseeable or unavoidable even with the highest possible level of vigilance, which prevents the company from supplying the vehicle to you. These events include but are not limited to war, war threats, terrorism, impacts or risks caused by such activities, actions by any government or authorities, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, weather hazards, sea, ice, and river-related disasters, and any similar events beyond the company’s control.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The company would like to inform you that it will not be responsible for any damage, loss, expenses, or any other compensations arising from:
  (a) Situations based on the information you provided to the company, which the company could not foresee that you might face any issues or difficulties if the company cancels your booking rights.
  (b) Claims related to alleged financial losses.

5. Modification of the Special Offer Terms for October 2024 to Purchase the ALL NEW GWM TANK 300
Other terms and conditions are subject to what is defined by Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The company reserves the right to change the conditions regarding booking rights and deposit payments and will notify you in advance.
