The Special Offer of May 2025 for purchasing the GWM ORA 07, maximum value at 320,000 Baht for Performance model and Long Range Ultra model and maximum value at 310,000 Baht for Long Range model.
The offer is applicable to the GWM ORA 07 as specific models when making the reservation from May 1st, 2025, to May 31st, 2025, and complete the vehicle delivery within May 31st, 2025.
* The offer is applicable for the Customer who completely purchases the GWM ORA 07 during May 1st, 2025, to May 31st, 2025, and the vehicle delivery within May 31st, 2025. The discount is calculated from the total amount of the vehicle and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, or used as a discount for down-payment, or exchanged with other benefits other than stipulated by the Company.

Terms and conditions for registration or making the reservation of the right
to buy/lease under the Special Offer of May 2025 for purchasing the GWM ORA 07
1. Conditions for making the reservation and reservation fee payment for purchasing the GWM ORA 07.
• The Customer, who undertakes the reservation of a GWM ORA 07 from the Company, must be a natural person and aged 20 years or more on the date of booking or a juristic person, and must complete the filling information process as required by the Company. If the reservation is not completed, it shall be deemed to have waived the right.
• After successfully registered, the reservation fee of 5,000 Baht must be made within 24 hours after clicking “Order now” button. Unsuccessful reservation and fee payment process within the specified period (24 hours from “Order now”), the Customer’s transaction will be automatically cancelled by the system.
• Registration and reservation fee payment period for the Special Offers of May 2025, from May 1st, 2025, to May 31st, 2025, via GWM Application or the website www.gwm.co.th only.
• The Special Offer of May 2025 will be reserved for all customers who completed the reservation, fee payment and vehicle delivery within specified time.
• The privileges from this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Participation in this campaign, it shall be deemed that the Customer has read and accepted all terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation of the reservation and refunding by the Customer
The Customer can cancel the reservation and request for the refund within 48 hours via GWM Application or www.gwm.co.th website of GWM (Thailand) only. If the cancellation is made after the specified period, the Company reserves the rights to refund in the following cases only:
- The Company increases the price of the vehicle.
- The Company fails to deliver the vehicle to the customer within the specified time.
- The Company fails to deliver the vehicle in accordance with the brand, model, production year, color, and the size or power of the engine power generator as specified in the Vehicle Reservation Contract.
- The Company fails to deliver the vehicle with the additional equipment and freebies, or other benefits, or the additional parts of vehicle as specified in the Vehicle Reservation Contract.
- The Company fails to deliver the vehicle with the discount amount (if any) as specified in the Vehicle Reservation Contract.
The Company shall refund all the reservation fee or other benefits similar to the reservation fee that is not a deposit to the Customer as following:
- For cash, bank transfer, or cheque refund, the Company will return the reservation fee to the Customer within 15 days from the contract termination date.
- For credit card refund, the Company shall return the reservation fee to the Customer within 45 days from the contract termination date. The Company is entitled to deduct any credit card processing fees (if any).
3. Cancellation of reservation by GWM (Thailand)
The Company shall cancel the reservation when the Customer does not take the vehicle delivery within the specified period in the Vehicle Reservation Contract and fails to notify the Company of any obstruction, the Company has the right to forfeit the reservation fee.
• The Company may cancel the reservation in exceptional cases such as Force Majeure, the Company will notify you as soon as possible. However, the Company will not compensate for any expenses or losses incurred from such cancellation.
• For the purposes of this section, force majeure is any event that cannot be foreseeable or avoided with the utmost vigilance of which constitute the reason why the Company cannot provide the vehicle to the Customer including but not limited to war, terrorism and the impact or danger caused by the activities such a riot, Actions of any government or national authority Industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, Hazards from weather, sea, ice and rivers and other similar events beyond our control
4. Limitation of Liability
• The Company would like to inform that the Company will not be liable for any damage, loss or other expenses or indemnity:
(a) based on the information you have provided to us; that we cannot foresee that you may encounter difficulties or difficulties if we cancel your reservation; or
(b) in connection with claims of financial loss.
5. Modification of conditions for the Special Offer of May 2025 for purchasing the GWM ORA 07
• Other conditions are as determined by GWM (Thailand). The Company reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions by giving prior notice.
