Terms and Conditions for Registration and Booking to Purchase/Lease the ALL NEW GWM TANK 500 (2023 Model)

1. Booking and Deposit Conditions for Purchasing the ALL NEW GWM TANK 500

• The person registering for the purchase/lease of the ALL NEW GWM TANK 500 from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “the Company”) must be an individual aged 20 years or older on the date of booking, or a legal entity. The registrant must complete all the required information as specified by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). If the registrant fails to provide complete information, the booking will be deemed invalid.
• For those who successfully register, a purchase agreement must be signed and a deposit of 10,000 Baht must be paid within 24 hours from the time of clicking the “Order Now” button. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the booking will be considered forfeited.
• The registration and deposit period to avail of the special offer for October 2024 starts from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, only through the GWM Application or website https://www.gwm.co.th.
• The person who registers and makes the deposit to purchase the vehicle under the October 2024 special offer must take delivery of the vehicle within the specified time frame.
• The rights from the October 2024 special offer are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or any other benefits beyond what is specified by the Company.
• By participating in this special offer for October 2024, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

2. Cancellation of Booking and Refund of Deposit
You may cancel your booking and request a refund of your deposit after making the deposit within 48 hours through the GWM Application or the website https://www.gwm.co.th of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) only. If the time exceeds the specified period, the Company will refund the deposit only in the following cases:

• The Company raises the vehicle price.
• The Company is unable to deliver the vehicle to the customer within the timeframe specified in the vehicle booking contract.
• The Company is unable to deliver the vehicle as specified in the vehicle booking contract.
• The Company is unable to deliver the vehicle with the accessories or benefits, whether included or purchased, as specified in the vehicle booking contract.
• The customer applies for financing to purchase the vehicle, and the financing is not approved within the vehicle delivery period.

In the event of contract cancellation under the conditions mentioned above, the Company will refund the deposit or any assets received as a deposit within 15 days from the date of contract cancellation. However, the customer may choose not to exercise the right to cancel the contract and may agree in writing with the Company under other circumstances.

3. Cancellation of Your Booking by Great Wall Motor (Thailand)

• If you fail to complete the vehicle booking and payment of the deposit within the specified time (24 hours after clicking the “Order Now” button), your booking will be automatically cancelled.
• The Company may need to cancel your booking in special cases if “force majeure” occurs. In such cases, the Company will notify you as soon as possible. The Company will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to this cancellation.
• For “force majeure,” it refers to any event that cannot be predicted or avoided despite the utmost precautions, which prevents the Company from providing the vehicle to you. These events include, but are not limited to, war, war-related events, terrorism, effects or threats caused by such activities, government actions or those of national authorities, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, hazards from weather, sea, ice, rivers, and other similar events beyond the Company’s control.

4. Limitation of Liability
The Company would like to inform you that the Company will not be responsible for any damages, losses, costs, or other compensations in the following cases:

(1) That are based on the information you provided to the Company, which the Company could not foresee that you might face difficulties or complications if the Company cancels your reservation or
(2) That are related to claims of financial loss.

5. Modification of Terms for the Special Offer in October 2024 to Purchase ALL NEW GWM TANK 500
Other terms are as specified by Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The Company reserves the right to change the conditions of the reservation and deposit payment, and will notify you in advance.
